The Seed Library

Nestled in the basement of One Hundred Shoreditch, this creation by the renowned Mr Lyan & team offers an almost speakeasy-like experience. Indulge in meticulously crafted cocktails featuring unexpected elements such as smoked raspberries, beeswax vinegar, and shaved ruby chocolate. The evening was further elevated by an impromptu Scotch tasting led by the bar manager, providing an exclusive insight into fine spirits.

Silverleaf

Located within the Pan Pacific London, Silverleaf presents a chic, airy décor that sets the stage for an elevated drinking experience. We guided our client to Alba, the exclusive bar-within-a-bar, for a more intimate atmosphere. The innovative cocktail menu, focusing on two primary ingredients per drink, showcases experimental techniques including house fermentations, fat washes, and liqueur infusions. Our client savored the award-winning "Pineapple/Miso" creation, exemplifying the bar's commitment to pushing flavor boundaries.

Happiness Forgets

This hip, low-lit speakeasy seamlessly bridges the gap between "dive bar" and "cocktail lounge," and is a favorite among industry insiders. Situated just off Hoxton Square, its intimate 25-seat venue offers a perfect finale to the evening. While adept at crafting classic cocktails, we encouraged our client to explore their signature creations, expertly curated by the experienced staff and showcasing the bar's inventive spirit.

I don’t know how you know/found all these places, but the entire night was spectacular. That last bar served a Calvados cocktail that was simply delicious, although I’m not sure anything can top the fig-meadow creation at Silverleaf. An amazing experience.
