What exactly is a "travel office" and how is it different from a travel agent?

Do you really fly to our city just for dinner? Can't we do this virtually?

How does this work with my executive assistant who currently books travel?

Your EA remains your primary interface for all scheduling and coordination. We become their travel resource – the expert team they call when you need to be in Singapore next week or Aspen next month. Most members find this actually frees their EA to focus on what they do best, while ensuring your travel is handled by dedicated specialists who know your preferences intimately.

How much is an annual membership?

Memberships for personal travel start at $50,000 per year. Memberships for personal and business travel start at $120,000 per year. Members may request additional services, including on-the-ground support when traveling, coverage for multiple family members, proactive destination monitoring, and more. Do you handle private aviation?

Yes. We coordinate seamlessly with your flight department or preferred private aviation provider. Many members rely on us to arrange charter options when needed. We adapt to your existing aviation preferences.

What's your geographic coverage?

Global. Our network includes location consultants in major cities and remote destinations across six continents (and all the islands in between). Whether you need a penthouse suite in London or a private island in the Maldives, we have trusted partners who understand our standards.

Can you accommodate last-minute requests? 

"Next week" is a common request. Our dedicated team structure means someone who knows your preferences intimately can arrange travel quickly. When you have your own travel office, "last-minute" is just another timeline.

What if I want to review options before you book?

Your choice. Some members review every recommendation. Others haven't looked at an itinerary in a long time – they just arrive. Most fall somewhere between, usually reviewing a private tour experience but trusting us completely on hotels and flights. We adapt to your preferences.

Can I use my points and airline miles?

Absolutely. We'll optimize your points usage while maintaining your preferred travel experience. Many members have significant points balances they want to deploy strategically. We handle this regularly.
